I'm starting a new page that is a bit more selfcare, mental health and humour focused

I'll be discussing the realities of the anxious mind in a funny, but true way and sharing some things I've picked up that help me and discussing certain topics related to mental health and wellness.

As part of this, I will continue reviewing a whole range of items including skincare, wellness products, books, music, things that just make me smile or feel relaxed and some fab small business purchases.

🍪✨ Cookies don’t ask questions… cookies understand.

It’s December, which means I’ll be accepting cookies the way Santa accepts milk: shamelessly and in large quantities.

Fun fact: Dec 6 is unofficial Cookie Countdown Day, the perfect excuse to start the holiday baking madness early.

If you need me, I’ll be in the kitchen “taste-testing” every batch, purely for quality control, obviously. 🙄💁‍♀️
