This Oak herringbone floor is over 150 years old and was showing its age with rotten and missing blocks. We sanded back, replaced blocks and stained them. Then finished the floor with 4 coats of satin seal. The restoration of the floor was a challenge but the results speak for themselves. 👌

These original floorboards had been badly sanded and painted. The new home owner wanted a natural look so we sanded them back made a few repairs and applied a satin finish, the results are amazing 😍 and in the words of the owner of this beautiful floor, it's floor board p**n! 😂
