Garden in October 🌸

Happy Sunday! I've been in the garden this week tidying up, and in the last of the garden pots how beautiful is this rose looking? It was a birthday present from my brother last year 🥹 Unfortunately it did not flower over Summer due to me moving a position it didn't like, and then the heatwaves hit, so I cut it right back and hoped for the best, and I'm now being rewarded with this beautiful late Autumnal display of blooms 🌸
Another plant that didn't like the hot Summer was my Bonfire Hydrangea (slide 3). It's always a late bloomer but not the best of flower heads this year due to the heatwaves. I love the colours 🌸 and I also love how the mop heads turn at the end of Summer, Hydrangeas really are the gift that keeps giving!
Pic 4 is my Purple Michaelmas Daisy. So nice to have some Autumn colour going on out there, it does put a smile on my face 💜
