Sometimes I am lucky enough to be able to make something special for people I know. This one is STRICTLY a ONE OFF!!

My friend recently welcomed a little boy into her family and asked me to make him a mobile.
On the day Rex turned 3 months I was able to drop-off and reveal the finished item.

I don't usually make this kind if thing and during long discussions I did say... 'You do know that this won't come out like the picture in your head don't you!!'...

Luckily both Rex and his mum Chloe seemed to love it! It didn't come out like the picture in her head though.... apparently ' it's a bazillion times better'!

His real face, behind the sticker, is one of pure fascination and joy. Possibly the best customer feedback I have ever had and worth the stress!!!

Been a bit slow with the felting over the last few weeks as it's been really hot to be working with wool! But there are two nativities and one birthday schnauzer on the mat at the moment and approaching the final stages of production.

Really sorry everyone.... prices have increased for postage. It's the one price that I can't control. I don't charge full costs for my standard second class delivery option, but I am going to have to increase the cost of this from £3.80 to £4 for most of my parcels. The cost of posting a Stable will rise to £8.50. Sorry!
