Sculpture x light. Commissioned by a friend in memory of her late mum, this sculpture is made up of wheel thrown bowls for the base and rear of the head and a hand sculptured face. The light shining through really brings her face to life I think, and I bloody love this glaze. Safely delivered to her new home after a long stay in my studio while I plucked up the courage to glaze.
