I’ve made some tiny new charms that are much smaller than my normal ones - these are between 9 and 12mm in size and I’m kind of obsessed with how cute they are. Swipe to see them all!

Happy Summer, lovely friends🌞❤️ My kids are officially on holiday and I’m frantically trying to finish stuff before I stop working in August. I am going to be opening the fine jewellery orders again in the next few weeks, with the new charm spacers and lady with skulls. In the meantime I’m busy painting more pendants and rings for a shop update in early August! So it’s very busy here and I’m ready for another break, but good things are coming before I allow myself a rest.

Well, I have been failing to win my ‘did not cry’ rosette lately.

I was cooking lunch the other day and just broke down in tears because I am constantly feeling like I am running out of time. I know I have a wonderful, privileged life, but my goodness I am being FLOORED at the moment by this nagging anxiety. I know it’s probably perimenopause and the worldwide s**tshow combined, but I am struggling. I could cry every day because it feels like life is passing me by but I don’t quite know how to change things.

Sometimes I desperately need to get off the treadmill, but most of the time I feel like I need to keep running faster just to keep up.

Basically I think I’m having a mid-life crisis and it is decidedly un-fun. Should I buy a sports car? Or what is the women’s equivalent? (Always turn to humour in times of crisis…)

(The other slides show work in progress that I hope to release for pre-sale in May. Staying on that treadmill!)

Some new pieces are coming soon - I will be opening up the fine jewellery pre-orders again in May and they will include this middle finger pendant in gold or silver, strung on Japanese silk cord, as well as more trophies and hopefully the cauldrons!

I think we certainly need a dose of disobedience and feminist rage right now, given the news. I would like to burn down the patriarchy, and castrate every single man who interacted with that disgusting website. I cannot wrap my head around that level of depravity, whether it is one man or millions of men. Their victims are the most important here - but probably most of them don’t even know that they are victims. That’s the terrifying truth. When those we trust the most become untrustworthy, dangerous indeed, we are fu**ed. It’s not an immigrant problem, it’s not ‘cultural differences’, it’s not even like just marginal weirdos, it’s everywhere. And I think we can safely say that the ‘not all men’ whingebags can just shut the f**k up with their weak ass arguments. Every single man is complicit if he knows this kind of s**t happens, knows that this kind of talk even exists, and doesn’t make a strong stand against it. I’m f**king beyond disgusted today.
