Three ways to build a copper kitchen, not just add to it.

We've just launched our first curated cookware sets, pans that are already used together in real kitchens, not paired at random. A duo for the everyday cook, a core three piece set for family cooking, and a full run of saucepans for anyone who lives on the hob.

A pan that gets better with use.

The copper exterior develops patina over time - a natural result of heat cycling that is different on every pan and cannot be replicated on a new one. The tin lining darkens and seasons. The pan becomes more itself the longer you cook with it.

Most things you buy for your kitchen get cheaper over time, in the sense that you stop noticing what you paid.

You do not need a professional kitchen to cook with precision.

Copper responds to heat the moment you ask it to - and backs off just as quickly when you need it to. The sauce that holds at a simmer without catching. The sear that colours evenly because the heat was exactly where you put it. Eggs that set gently because the pan responded immediately.

These are not restaurant results. They are what happens when the pan works with you instead of against you.
