🐾 Hand-painted bespoke watercolour pet portraits | Turning your favourite photos into timeless artwork 🤍

And he’s finished! 🐾🤎

My latest hand-painted watercolour portrait, and I have to say, I’m a little bit in love with this one! 🥹

I’ve absolutely loved watching this gorgeous black Labrador come to life, layer by layer. Those eyes! 🤎

Every portrait is painted with so much love and attention to detail, creating something truly personal to treasure.

🎄 I still have limited availability for Christmas commissions, so if you’d love a portrait of your own furry friend, or a special gift for someone, just pop me a message! Or share with your friends or anyone you think would like their own portrait doing! 🐾🤎

A little more progress on this gorgeous black Labrador! 🤎

Slowly building up the layers and watching that sweet little face come to life. 🐾🤎@

Still a little way to go, but I’m really enjoying every brushstroke!

A little more progress on this gorgeous Labrador today! 🐾🤎

Slowly building up the layers and watching that lovely face come to life. Absolutely loving painting this one! 🤎

🐾 Another pet portrait underway 🐾

Starting with the sketch before slowly building up those gorgeous black Labrador tones in watercolour. 🤎

I absolutely love this stage — watching them gradually come to life on the paper.

I’m currently working on new portraits and taking bookings for personalised pet commissions, so if you’d love your own furry friend painted, just pop me a message. 🤎🐾

Back at my little painting desk today…

After a productive morning ticking off some boring grown-up jobs, I’ve swapped the laptop for my brushes, made a fresh cuppa and I’m back working on this gorgeous little face. 🤎

Still plenty to do, but I’m really enjoying watching those tiny details slowly bring this little character to life.

One thing I’m trying very hard to learn with every portrait is that more detail isn’t always better — sometimes knowing when to leave an area alone is just as important as knowing what to add. (Putting the brush down, however, remains a work in progress.)

A full cup of coffee, my paints and a furry little face to work on… that’ll do me. ☕🎨🐶

Sorry I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but I promise I haven’t disappeared! 🫶🏼

I’ve been busy behind the scenes working on my painting, practising, planning and getting back into the swing of things — and I’m finally ready to open up some spaces for Christmas commissions! 🎄🐾

If you’re looking for something a little different and personal this Christmas, I create hand-painted watercolour pet portraits from your favourite photograph. Each one is painted individually by me and is completely unique — perfect for someone who absolutely adores their four-legged family member. 🤎

I’m opening a limited number of commission spaces in the run-up to Christmas, so if you’ve been thinking about having a portrait done — either for yourself or as a special Christmas present — pop me a message and I’ll send you all the details, sizes and prices.

And as always, shares are hugely appreciated and really do help my little art page. 🫶🏼
