Day 5 - VubaMac is down!

We’re getting closer to the finished transformation👀
today we’re laying the VubaMac layer, bringing us one step closer to the final look🙌🏼

The rain has held us back a day or two🌧️ but quality comes first and we won’t compromise on the right conditions!

Just one more day to go until the Resin Bound Top Coat goes down.

DAY 4 – THE DRIVEWAY TRANSFORMATION CONTINUES!

✅ Capping layer going down, bringing us another step closer to the finished surface!

✅ Finishing off the block edging that we had to leave open to allow access for the hardcore deliveries and our Vuba materials arriving from Rugby Distribution! 🚛

It’s all starting to come together now, and we’re getting closer to the exciting part! 👀🔥

Day three of the driveway transformation and the edging is going down🧱

We also had a little unexpected entertainment along the way… what should have been a straightforward manhole cover replacement didn’t quite go to plan for Will🤣🫣 At least it gave the team a good laugh!

the block edging is really starting to bring the vision to life and can finally see the driveway taking shape🤩

A Resin Bound surface is more than just what you see on top… it’s built from the ground up!

At Rugby Resin, we know a long lasting, high quality finish starts with what’s underneath. That’s why we specialize in installing a complete resin bound system, with every layer carefully installed to provide strength, stability and durability for years to come.

Our installation process begins with a permeable Type 3 MOT sub-base, followed by a capping layer to create a strong, stable foundation. We then install the first layer of SRM reinforcement mesh, followed by the specialist VubaMac base and a second layer of SRM reinforcement mesh, before completing the installation with a beautiful resin bound top coat.

The installation process stays the same, but the finishing touch is yours to choose! With an extensive range of Vuba resin bound blends available, each customer can select a colour and finish that perfectly complements their property.
By taking care at every stage of the installation, we're not just creating an attractive surface, we're building a strong, durable foundation designed to stand the test of time.
