Project Spotlight | Newcombe House, Notting Hill Place

Orlight is proud to support the ongoing Newcombe House (Notting Hill Place) development in Kensington, West London, delivering the architectural lighting package for the CAT A office fit-out.

The scheme features our ORLINE 60 Suspended Duo Architectural Linear System with DALI control, complemented by GUARDIAN WH LX DALI Emergency Downlights and EXIT LUME CW DALI Exit Signs for integrated emergency lighting and wayfinding.

Part of a landmark mixed-use regeneration project, Notting Hill Place will bring together premium office space, retail, and enhanced public realm, with completion anticipated in Summer 2027.
