London regional update . June/August 25. Across London the average property sale price rose by 0.1% . However depending on location the change varied between a fall of 2.2% and an increase of 1.7% .

Here's a few styling tips I use with my clients to give their homes a polished feel when selling without breaking the bank.

Instead of cluttered countertops or shelves, style small groupings of your favourite things: a few books, a framed piece of art, and a tray of interesting trinkets. Mix heights and textures to keep things varied, yet cohesive.

** Upgrade Your Lighting**
Statement lighting is a secret weapon. Swap basic fixtures for bold pendants, pleated lampshades, or metallic floor lamps. Money saving tip. Try second hand table lamps or wall lighting they don't need to work just cut the cord and add rechargeable bulbs.
