This tenant spilt egg yolk on their rental carpet. After they attempted to clean with bleach spray and bicarbonate soda they messaged a carpet cleaner who said it was damaged beyond repair and no cleaning would restore it.

The last part was correct! No amount of cleaning would remove the "stain" That's because the cleaning attempt had released cellulose from the carpet backing resulting in the brown/yellow stain.

Being experts in stain removal and colour repair and having seen our videos on IG and following us they got in touch and we professionally restored the carpet.

Mould spray, bleach and DIY cleaners are some of the biggest causes of permanent carpet damage 🚫

In this rented flat, the tenant tried to remove marks using mould spray. The chemicals stripped the colour from the fibres, leaving visible bleach patches.

Shellac nail polish on carpet = most cleaners say “replace it.”
We said “hold my coffee.” ☕️
