I’ve officially been asked to create a pet portrait…

Of someone’s new pet 👀😂

Now I don’t usually ask questions… but this one might be roaming around locally from what I’ve heard 😅

On the plus side:
✔️ Perfect model
✔️ Didn’t move once
✔️ No diva behaviour

If this is the new trend, I’m ready for it…

✨ Meet Bettie ✨

After days of slow, careful needle-felting, Bettie is finally finished 🤍
Every layer of wool has been shaped by hand — from her soft ginger markings to those tiny whiskers and curious little face.

She’s one of those pieces that asked for patience, time… and a lot of love.
I’m so proud of how she’s turned out 🧡

Day 2 progress… and those eyes are starting to look back at me 👀🐾

Slowly but surely, the wool is finding its way.
Building layers, shaping the face, and bringing out that gentle expression — this stage is always my favourite, when it starts to feel alive.

Still lots to do, but I’m loving how this little face is emerging already 💛
