Marchantos memory, artist & celebration bears

Specialist in memory and celebration bear making 🩷Also embroidery, crafts and gifts for the home 🏠

Im a bit of a "craftaholic" and love all crafts, my favourite is making "The Bears", there is so much love and emotions attatched to these, each one is different and each one has its own character. I am constantly working on new ideas so there are no others like them and each one is special to the recipient. I dont want to send out "a bear", I want to send out "The Bear". I love what I do, and the people I deal with are second to none. From babies first outfit bear to cherished clothing bearfrom a loved one who has passed - they are all special!

🕸️👻 HALLOWEEN IS COMING! 👻🕸️

🧡🎃 These two handsome chaps are looking rather dapper in their finest dark attire… but I can’t help wondering what mischief they’ll be getting up to on Halloween! 🎩🎃

The pumpkins are being carved, the spooky decorations are coming out, and the shops are full of all things frightfully fabulous! 🦇🍂

So, we’d love to know…

🧡 Are you decorating your home for Halloween?
🎃 Will you be carving pumpkins with the family?
👻 Are you dressing up and heading out trick-or-treating?
🕸️ Having a spooky party, watching scary films, or snuggling up at home with a cuppa and a blanket?

Or are you like us and already surrounded by enough chaos without adding Halloween into the mix? 😂🧵
Flo is going to a Halloween disco with the kids… so Tilly Mae our mouse had a little laugh 😹

TELL US YOUR HALLOWEEN PLANS IN THE COMMENTS BELOW! 👇🧡

🥹 OH MY GOODNESS 🥹

We had this order in from a lovely lady in memory of her beloved Dad ❤️‍🩹
We love these orders as a photo was sent and we dressed the bear accordingly, and he came out beautifully and very dapper and smart 🤎.
He has now been gifted and returned back home💟
Thank you for your custom 💞💙

☕🧵 MORNING ALL… MONDAY AGAIN! 🧵☕

Well, here we go again! 😂🙈

The sewing machine is going, the fabric is flying, the cotton has tangled itself into knots, the bears are multiplying, and I’ve not even finished my first cuppa! 🤣🧸

Thank goodness for Tilly Lou, who has kindly decided to bring me a brew rather than actually help with the sewing! 🐭💖

Hair? Absolutely no hope.
Craft room? Complete chaos.
To-do list? Longer than the Great Wall of China! 😂

But the bears won’t make themselves, will they?! ❤️🧸

Right then, lovely people, who else is facing Monday with wild hair, a strong cuppa and absolutely no idea where to start? 🙋‍♀️☕

Have a wonderful Monday from all of us at Marchantos! 💖

💚 It’s not teddy bear picnic time anymore 🥲💚
Well unless you’re our family and we still have them in the house 🫣🙈🙉
But just a quick reminder that the clocks go back tonight…. 😱😱😱
Where has this year gone? Happy Saturday guys 🥰💘

CRISP DEBATE TIME 🕰️ 🥰
Me and Flo always have a bag of crisps for our lunch in our work meetings to see what’s going on for the rest of the week.
We’re adamant these are the best! 😀👍
What do you think?
I do add extra salt into ready salted too…
Oh and a crisp 🥪
because we’re normal 😅🤣💖

💕🐭 TILLY LOU HAS OFFICIALLY CLOCKED OUT! 🐭💕

Well, folks… I think someone needs a holiday or 4!! 🤣😂

After another absolutely manic week at Marchantos, our very own Tilly Lou has completely RUN OUT OF PUFF! 😴💤

Surrounded by fabric, thread, scissors, half-finished bears, and enough craft paraphernalia to sink a ship, she’s decided that the only sensible thing to do is have a little lie down! 🧵🧸🪡

Whether it’s sorting fabrics, supervising the bears, getting under Flo’s feet, or generally causing chaos in the workshop, our little mouse has certainly earned her rest! Also the random work meeting conversations, think we might of scared her off already! 😂💗

Although, knowing Tilly Lou, she’ll be back demanding “just one more bear” before we’ve even finished our cuppa… just!☕🤣

So, from all of us at Marchantos, we hope you have a lovely weekend. Remember to put your feet up, have a brew, and take a leaf out of Tilly Lou’s book when life gets a bit too hectic! 💕

Happy weekend from Shall, Flo & our exhausted little mouse! 🐭💖

One thing I splash out on each month is my nails. My nail lady has the patience of a saint and I used to turn up with smashed up nails and fingers from sewing, stuffing and jointing, they got really sore too 😭 She has worked tirelessly to find something that works and look 👀, two weeks in and they are still as good as new and this has been a helluva week 👏👏 thankyou and a round of applause to my lovely nail lady Ewa Weronika Cousins at Magical Nails by Ewa your an absolute star 🌟

💖💖 Phew what a day making your lovely bears, feet up at last and a bit of chill out with Dad watching Deal or no Deal, excuse the fluff and cotton all over me, part and parcel of my fantastic job, have a great evening everyone 💖💖

💖 A really lovely bear for us from a lovely lady who travelled a long way to drop off clothing and pick up to collect her finished bear.💖

***❤️‍🔥 This fabric was a bit of a challenge as it was 15+ years old and much loved sofa cushions so was quite frail, but with some careful handling and stabilising ***❤️‍🔥
We have “Sheila “. Her ashes were a also placed within this bear 💛🐻

Now gifted and back home where she belongs 💖
