Everyone who attends my Gong Bath Meditations, as a token of love, I will give everyone who attends 2 pieces of Himalayan Salt to hold in each hand during meditation.
Why do I do this?
Some years ago my Dad had a allergic reaction to ibuprofen. Himalayan Salt in the bath detoxed him. It pulled all that crap out of his body and at that time I had a lightbulb moment, I felt Waheguru blessed me and I had found my path forward. I kinda figured out how the energy of Himalayan Salt worked. I had never worked with energy. I was never involved in the industry and I wasn't a healer. I felt I had a mission. In some way I was going to aid others in their healing. The whole time I worked with Himalayan salt I gave everyone I met 2 pieces of Himalayan salt. Told them when they get home in the evening hold them in each hand. and let me know if anything happens. The feedback was Amazing! even better than I had expected and quickly I became a Himalayan Salt specialist. The Salt Man, the Salt Whisperer, these were names given to me by my Peers. (Makes me proud thinking of those times).
With the feedback I got I started to understand how energy worked and how Himalayan Salt doesn't heal you, it opens your energy for you to start healing.
When you hold the Himalayan salt in each hand it starts the Balancing process. Salt is a cleanser, so it cleanses your energy of what doesn't serve you anymore. When you feel that tingle, that vibration in your hands, that's your meridians opening up for you to heal. Slowly you'll feel that tingle, that vibration slowly move to where it's needed most. At the same time grounding you and cleansing your chakras'.
Slowly you hands start to sweat and in a small way cleaning and pulling out the toxins through your pores in a small way.
You slowly relax and in time completely switch off.
The feed back I got from people who had a plethora of illnesses from insomnia, to aches and pains being relieved and being able to simply just switch off from the stresses of life.
