After 25 years of professionally painting toy soldiers, I felt the urge to expand my passion for paint into other arts and crafts. In my search for inspiration, I found myself haunted by butterflies—a common motif in art. Taking this as a sign, I named my new venture Butterfly-Butterfly.
My creations reflect my mood and inspiration, but each piece is crafted with the intention of being as individual as possible. I strive to uphold my core principles:

I believe that tools and machines should support the artist, not replace them. It is the eye, heart, and hands that create true art.

By keeping my overhead low and using recycled and repurposed materials whenever possible, I ensure that anyone who appreciates my work can own a piece for a modest investment.
I view my work not just as a commercial venture but as an exchange. I transform my time and materials into something more beautiful than the sum of its parts—creating unique pieces that never existed before.
