We’re recruiting a Production Office Manager to support the day-to-day flow of our production team.

The Role
The Production Office Manager will ensure efficient and well-organised running of the Production Office. This includes coordinating PPM’s, supporting the Operations Manager, managing follow-through actions from meetings and producing daily PDDs (Planned Daily Deliverables) for every operative.
In addition, the role provides key support to the HR Director and Supply Chain Manager to ensure compliance with all H&S, IMS requirements and accreditation standards.
The POM will act as the organisational hub, ensuring clarity, accountability, compliance and structure across the production environment.

It is necessary to have a clear attention to detail when working across numerous different projects and systems, including Microsoft 365 and Business Central. You will need experience in production and/or manufacturing, H&S, and compliance, and be a trustworthy individual capable of managing confidential information.
