Stradbroke High School 2016 Prom

Stradbroke High School 2016 Prom Find out all you need to about Stradbroke High School Year 10 Prom 2016. Find out where it is, when it is and how much it is!!! Cost is £27 per head.

Stradbroke High School Prom 2016 - Wednesday 13th July. Starting at The Ivy House public house with Mocktails and all parents (and teachers!!!) welcome. Come in your choice of car be it mad mad mad or sad sad sad. From there a bus will take you all to the venue which is All Manor of Events (check out their web page). You will be having a scrummy hog roast or vegetarian pizza if you are vegetarian.

This includes red carpet arrival, a non-alcoholic drink, Food, professional D.J. and disco, and a photographer for the night including props. You will then be driven home in another bus and your poor parents will have to get out of bed and come and pick you up!!

WHAT A BRILLIANT PROM, AND WHAT A GORGEOUS GROUP OF PROMERS!!! You all looked absolutely fantastic and behaved so beautifully - thank you!! Young adults now and it showed the other night. It was a joy to watch you all have fun whilst looking so sophisticated! You looked like you were having fun anyway, I truly hope you did, it made all the hard work worth it!!!!

I've known a few of you from little things and watched you grow to big things, it's been great. I will miss all of you!

The group photograph bought with the deposit, (which we didn't lose because you all behaved so well!) will be available when you pick up your results in August.

I must say a huge thank you to my 'mum-support' group!! your encouragement and sympathy (hee hee) were invaluable, your help with the fund raising was beyond the call of duty!! Especially those who wrapped 3000 bottles of wine and water for the plonk or plonker stall - you know who you are Mel, Tina and Sue!!. Sue Childs - couldn't have done it without you, you were a great partner - THANK YOU. Coconuts Julia - thanks!!!!

Also must say a massive THANK YOU to the accounts department at Stradbroke High School for guiding me through the dark art of accounting!! Thanks girls! Thanks also to the office for their help in getting the letters/emails/texts out to you all......

Do I need to thank my cat and my family now, feel like I'm saying a speach for winning an OSCAR!!

Again kids, thanks for being so well behaved and for making our job so easy.

Good Luck YEAR 11 2016 - wherever you may go and whatever you may be, I hope it all goes to plan and if it doesn't, the opportunities are endless. DON'T EVER GIVE UP.......

ONLY 9 HOURS TO GO.....screeeeeam!!
Looks like we'll be lucky with the weather, keep your fingers and toes crossed. it might be a little chilly however, so girls bring something to wrap around those shoulders!!! Tell your parents to park in the COMMUNITY CENTRE to wait for your return. The bus will get there around 12.30.....

Hey kids!! The welcome "mocktail" drinks at The Ivy and All Manor of Events are already paid for, however, you will need a little money if you want to buy other drinks at the Venue.

ONLY 3 DAYS TO GO. Is anyone getting excited??? Just to be clear, as I've heard little rumblings that there's still a little confusion out there. We are ALL going by bus to the venue. You can drvie in your fancy fire engines to the IVY HOUSE only. The return journey will also be by bus... Any questions?

Ok my lovely Promers. We are NOT doing a table plan. As long as on the day those of you that are vegetarians tell the staff who you are and where you are sitting. So far I have Hannah, Corrie, Ada, Isabelle and Millie as our only vegetarians.Please confirm if there is anybody else. I will letting the venue know soon. ###
