Some finishing work completed for this customer after the carpet had been removed, exposing the existing laminate floor underneath.

I removed the old doorway threshold and fitted a new wider one to properly cover the transition between the laminate and LVT. I also replaced the first three lifting LVT pieces using the customer’s spare flooring.

In the living room, I fitted a new length of skirting where the fireplace had previously been removed, leaving it ready for painting, and also fitted a new curtain pole.

A clean finish across a few different areas of the room.

Kitchen fit completed.

I took over the remaining installation part-way through the project, fitting the wall units, extractor hood, full-height housing around the washing machine, fillers and plinths, along with the adjustments needed to finish everything properly.

The new owner is giving this property a bit of a refresh, and I was brought in to update and rebuild some of the existing storage.

The cupboard openings were widened, new MDF doors fitted, shelving altered and added, extra storage created above, and decorative shelves fitted in the living area — all left ready for painting.

A good amount of custom work to make the existing spaces more practical and better finished.

A few new blinds fitted at this property.

The old blinds were removed and replaced with new vertical blinds, giving the windows a much cleaner finish and getting everything working properly again.

A few safety repairs completed at this property.

The staircase balustrade was boarded to close the large gaps, and two loose floorboard areas were also lifted, secured and the carpets refitted.

Simple repairs, but they’ve made the property safer and more secure.

Acoustic slat panels fitted to this feature wall, with neat cuts around the corner, socket and TV points.

A simple update, but it completely changes the look of the room. ☀️

This one needed a bit more than just a fresh coat of paint.

There were several areas that needed repairing and preparing first, especially around the built-in shelving and some damaged sections of wall. The ceilings, walls and woodwork were all worked through before the decorating started.

The walls and built-in cupboards and shelving were then finished in the customer’s chosen colour, with the ceilings, skirting boards and door frames finished in white.

A big change from how it started, and the two rooms now feel much cleaner, brighter and more finished. ☀️

Another one ticked off in Sunderland.

A few different jobs on this one — new scotia beading around the living room, two thresholds fitted, some extra beading by the doorway, artificial foliage panels fitted outside, and the shower fully resealed with anti-mould silicone.

Nice to get a few of those little jobs sorted in one go.

great project from start to finish. This project involved a complete interior redecoration, with every wall, ceiling and piece of woodwork professionally prepared and finished to a high standard. To complete the transformation, I also fitted new scotia in the living room, replaced the old upstairs WC, and installed new flooring with fresh underlay and matching scotia. It’s the attention to the finer details that makes all the difference, and I’m really pleased with how this one turned out.

Another job completed and another happy customer.

This timber garden arch was installed with concrete-set posts, creating a strong and attractive feature that will look even better as the garden matures.
