So I wanted to go a little more detailed on the candles I’d created over the weekend,
I haven’t yet dabbled in the mixing of scents until now, so there’s only one of each kind until I can get feedback.
Here’s what my mind was thinking as I was concocting, mixing and creating 🥰
“Travellers Apothecary” - Step inside the workshop of a wandering herbalist, where shelves overflow with dried botanicals, exotic tinctures, and treasured remedies. Fresh notes drift through the air alongside soothing herbs and the lingering warmth of sacred resins, creating a scent both comforting and adventurous.
“Silent Library” - Deep within a secluded library, dust dances through shafts of golden light while ancient books rest untouched upon endless shelves. Rich woods, gentle spice, and comforting warmth create an atmosphere perfect for quiet study and forgotten secrets.
“Holy Cathedral” - Beneath towering arches and brilliant stained glass windows, the air carries the fragrance of fresh blossoms and sacred ceremonies. Soft florals mingle with bright, uplifting notes to create a fragrance that feels reverent, peaceful, and timeless.
“Desert Tundra” - Across a vast and unforgiving landscape, weathered ruins emerge from shifting sands beneath a relentless sun. Earthy woods and treasured resins blend into a bold, mysterious fragrance that evokes survival, exploration, and ancient power.
“Mystic Lagoon” - Hidden beyond the maps lies a secluded lagoon where luminous waters glow beneath the night sky. Crisp aquatic freshness and cooling herbal accords capture the sensation of diving into clear waters beneath a canopy of stars.
“Hell’s Descent” - Far below the mortal world, molten rivers illuminate vast caverns carved from obsidian and ash. Fiery spice, cooling shadows, and ancient incense collide in a dramatic fragrance that feels both dangerous and irresistible.
“Flourishing Meadows” - Rolling fields stretch to the horizon, covered in vibrant blooms and kissed by golden sunlight. Fresh greenery and delicate blossoms combine with subtle sweetness to create a scent that captures the beauty of nature in full bloom.
“Forgotten Temple” - Deep within an overgrown jungle, moss-covered stone pillars mark the remains of a forgotten civilisation. Earthy woods and calming botanicals create a fragrance that feels ancient, contemplative, and quietly magical.
“Enchanted Grove” - Beneath towering branches, soft light filters through emerald leaves while unseen magic stirs among the roots. Woodland accords and delicate blossoms blend into a fragrance that captures the heart of an enchanted forest.
“Celestial Realm” - High above the mortal plane, celestial gardens bloom beneath constellations that never fade. Heavenly florals and luminous freshness intertwine with ancient sacred notes to create a fragrance worthy of the heavens themselves.
These really did make me sit and think, the imagination went on a joyride 😜
