Fantastic evening Lutton Village Hall on Saturday.
Some asparagus, pea, green beans and lemon gel tartlets, followed by a lamb ragu topped with potatoe foam. A main of venison loin, venison bonbon, carrot puree and dauphinoise potato and a red wine sauce. Then to finish off the evening a rhubarb and apple crumble with custerd.
