In my happy zone for 3 hours - Ive been on a pottery class again, this time to create a Mermaid of Zennor, Iβll post the story after - lol my mermaid got tweaked from Zennor to her own unique self, lol I couldnβt get the face right, she looked to me better as the faceless mermaid, I added a trident or more like a under sea garden fork - but itβs always a case of self critical, but Iβm really happy for my 1st time marking this using slab, moulding & sprig reliefs etc, Im going to go again & play again.
Itβs at the Clay Haven in Liskeard, lovely small class of 5, great teacher, looking forward to seeing her when glazed.
