As we enter 2026 I can say goodbye to what was a difficult 2025 both personally and health wise.

I will be continuing with my crafts but on a lesser scale.

To make way for new creations I will be listing items for sale over the month of January.
You can also still find my products in Crafty Creations in Fraserburgh.

As always commissions welcome whether it be a special resin piece of work or a hand stitched keepsake.

That’s it for this W/E

I want to take the opportunity to say a big Thankyou to Banff Fayres for this W/E, ladies you went above and beyond to make sure the stall holders were welcomed and set up. A special wee mention for Berties sweets banff can’t leave out my favourite sweet stall.
Also a big thankyou to everyone at Banff Castle.

Lastly a huge thank you to all my customers, it was a pleasure getting to meet you all.

Now I’m away to hibernate for a few days to rest and recuperate, this old crafter is beginning to realise they are not nearly as fit as she used to be. 😘

It’s Monday

Thank you to everyone that stopped by on Saturday at the Holistic event in Mintlaw.

My next outing is this W/E

This coming Saturday and Sunday (22nd & 23rd of November) I will be at Banff Castle along with lots of other lovely crafters and food vendors.

So far although cold the weather is looking good so hopefully no flying gazebos.

Well I’m set up nicely wedged between two other gazebos. Just hoping the wind dies down a bit and the rain goes off.
But if you are willing to brave it come along to Banff Castle.

If anyone sees a big blob attached to a navy Gazebo flying past, don’t worry this green witch won’t do you any harm. 😂🧙‍♀️

So far this event is still on, although possibly a bit windy the wind direction means the Castle grounds should be okay.
So fingers crossed that doesn’t change by tomorrow afternoon.

This piece of work is finally with its new owner. I forgot to take a final finished photo of it as a wall hanging but you get the idea.
This was a kit I started pre lock down then forgot about for a good many years. Resin took over and my stitching was forgotten about.
However I’ve found my stitching mojo again so completed this piece for a very good friend as a thank you for her support. Added bonus she loves cats❤️🐈
I do not sell originals from any kits I’ve bought but I can and do recreate any of the designs you will see in different colours and with a few tweaks here and there to put my own design into it. These are more a labour of love than a money making enterprise as the hours spent working on them could not be charged without sending you into shock. But they do prevent me from snacking in an evening😂
I have more lurking in my sewing kist or I should say kists as in more than one stuffed full of just in case projects, some completed some still in their packaging so watch this space as I dig them out😉

Threads used for all 3 from Midge Porter Design hand dyed range, I love working with these threads. They bring pieces of work to life giving each piece a unique character.

A wee peak at some of the items I have in stock at the moment.

15cm high Pyramid with Aquamarine crystal tree with Obsidian, fluorite and a selenite stick in the base. £70

Large Skull with fairy lights and pine cones. This is a big one standing at over 10cm in height. To give an idea of size a photo of it alongside what was my largest skull. £70

Both of these will be at my last two events of the year and can be reserved for a deposit.
