On Sunday 23rd of March at the MotherNature retreat held by Heilan Hands I will be doing a nature based craft workshop to make a beautiful pressed flower tealight holder and a wood slice coaster. 🌼 🌳

The retreat will also include yoga, a session about Healthy eating and living with a nutritionist and HEAL founder, a homemade lunch, tea coffee and nibbles and an amazing sound bath 🥰🥰🥰
