East Sheen refurbishment and structural reinforcement works.

Our client’s thoughtful material and colour choices helped bring warmth and character to this home, while retaining a clean and contemporary finish.

The project included complete interior works, structural alterations, FIXIMER LTD oak staircase cladding with motion-sensor LED lighting, a carefully selected Farrow & Ball colour palette, an ECLISSE UK Architectural Door Frame Specialists sliding pocket door system, and wall panelling with decorative profiles and rails from .

A considered combination of natural oak, layered lighting and traditional detailing—delivered by Lemos Arch Ltd.

A complete home transformation in Twickenham.

This project included a loft extension, kitchen, bathroom, and full refurbishment, creating a brighter, more functional, and beautifully finished home throughout.

The design was created by Özgür Genca, and the entire project was carried out by Lemos Arch — from planning and coordination to the final delivery.

Twickenham Loft Conversion

A high-end loft conversion designed to create a calm, light-filled and practical new level for the home.

The new space includes a generous master bedroom, dedicated dressing room, work area and a large bespoke bathroom, all carefully designed as one complete scheme.

Electric VELUX skylights and windows bring natural light deep into the loft, while a concealed air-conditioning system keeps the space comfortable through the warmer months. Finishes throughout include Corston hardware, switches and sockets, Little Greene paint, Todd Doors and handmade Moroccan Zellige tiles, alongside bespoke joinery designed and installed by Lemos Arch.

From the initial design through to construction, joinery and final fit-out, the project was delivered as a complete transformation.

A complete loft transformation delivered by Lemos Arch Ltd, creating a bright, practical new living space while keeping the character of the existing home.

From structural works through to the final finishes, we delivered the project as a complete turnkey solution — including Velux roof windows, solid oak doors and joinery, bespoke details, new flooring and a fully finished marble-tiled bathroom.

The result: more space, more natural light, and a new floor that feels like it has always belonged to the house.
