Due to a number of recent incidents we feel the need to come on here and give you an insight into what’s been going on.

We are a local, family run business where all our members of staff are family and friends. It’s been upsetting to have the girls in the showrooms being left in tears due to how a small minority of people have spoke to them and treated them. They are not there to be verbally abused or to be intimidated

Most recently, we’ve had threats to damage our van and that we will be slandered all over social media.
We work hard all year round and it is upsetting when people threaten to post false bad reviews.

If our fitters are threatened or made feel uncomfortable they are now instructed to leave immediately

We treat every home as if it is our own. We aren’t perfect, if there’s a problem or a mistake made we always ensure this is corrected immediately

Going forward we can’t and we won’t let our staff be in an environment where they are being verbally abused or treated with disrespect
