We packed down from a week ago yesterday, and I am still processing what an amazing experience it was in so many different ways.
The new collection was a bit of a gamble, but it was so well received, I am absolutely delighted. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped and chatted about the work, the ethos behind 'space to breathe', potential future collaborations, commissions and exhibitions, it was wonderful to connect in person with so many people about this new body of work. Not forgetting those who also purchased a piece in person, it really was the cherry on the top of a wonderful show, thank you.
It was an absolute privilege to be included in this year's Future Icons Selects, a part of and in to , the show itself was fantastic, well curated, advertised, attended, I couldn't have asked for more. On top of this, the help, support and championing of all the artists by Louisa Pacifico was unbelievable, what a powerhouse. A huge huge thank you to Louisa for all that you do, it cannot be overestimated.
Finally, the artists themselves, Louisa has created such a supportive environment, it's no wonder all her artists are not only unbelievably brilliant, but genuinely lovely, helpful and supportive. I am so sad that it's over for this year, so grateful to have been a part of it and so excited for what's next.
As if that wasn't enough, there's a lovely new flurry of followers, welcome and thank you to everyone that stopped by and had a chat, it truly was a delight to spend 7 days discussing all things contemporary craft, galleries and commissions. Do get in touch via email or DM with any follow up enquiries as I am sorting out my commission slots for the next quarter shortly.
