Let’s talk about the bit nobody sees… but EVERYTHING depends on! 👀

Subfloor preparation isn’t just “a bit of levelling.” It’s the foundation of a flawless floor.

It’s what stops:
❌ LVT from lifting
❌ Carpet from wearing unevenly
❌ Imperfections showing through
❌ Costly problems down the line

It’s what you’re actually paying for when you want that perfect finish.

At Bracknell Flooring, we:
✅ Guarantee all of our subfloor preparation
✅ Use the best primers: Ultra Floor Prime It
✅ Use renovations latex & professional-grade smoothing compounds
✅ Bring 40+ years combined experience to every job

There’s a reason we’re licensed retailers for Karndean and major flooring suppliers.

This is what we do.

And we’re very, very good at it. 💪

In fact, for this particular project, we were hired purely for the subfloor prep... because when it has to be flawless, people call us.

The finish only looks good if the foundation is perfect. And perfect is our standard! 🤌🏼✨
