Sometimes, you need to go the extra mile!

Yesterday I had a panicked call from an existing customer:

They’d had tiles removed, ready for a new kitchen, only for the plaster to completely fail and start falling away from the bricks 🧱

So after some late night hours around existing bookings - I took 2/3 of the walls back to brick, re-boarded and then skimmed ready for the fitters in a weeks time 👷‍♀️

Crisis averted and another happy customer to boot

3m high ceilings, unusual shaped room, completely back to brick, a combination of batten and board / dot and dab, and a full skim to try and preserve the original coving and cornices 🥵

Short leave of absence!

After a small procedure I’m stepping out on doctors orders and will be unavailable for a few weeks.

Nothing too serious and I’ll be back kicking soon, but this plasterer can’t lift due to stitches and wound care for a little while 🤕

Bookings are already in place for April and appointments are available from mid May onwards!

This was a super satisfying job!

Skimmed walls throughout to a lovely finish - and then invited back to paint too! 🤓

These customers chose to colour-drench, keeping the ceiling the same colour as the walls, and its turned out beautifully!

Just skirting boards and their gorgeous new floor to go in and the transformation will be complete!

It’s not always big rooms, tricky shapes or massive projects - sometimes it’s the little things that really make a huge difference!

This house was feeing a constant draft and developing damp around their doorframe.
I removed the old, properly insulated, and replastered the reveals 👷‍♀️

Et voila, No more draft!
