I forgot how good this meal was, even a diet friendly version. If I wasn’t dieting I would have had oven chips with the boys, more cheese, bacon and crispy onions. Damn the diet haha

Not sure what I found working with in this heat harder. The butter cream last week or colouring fondant icing which was then too soft, harder to work with and cracked this week 🫣
The cake didn’t turn out how I wanted, my fault, used the wrong size tin for the bottom tier. But all in all I feel it still worked
