A teeny tiny drawing for a teeny tiny girlie 💛

My lovely friend commissioned this 6x4 piece as part of my ongoing £50 offer with all proceeds going into my Marie Curie London Marathon fundraising pot!

✨Discounted commissions for my TCS London Marathon 2026 fundraiser in support of ✨

On Wednesday, I received a call from Marie Curie offering me a last minute place to run as part of in this years London Marathon on Sunday 26th April!

Friends and family may know, I’m running Rome Marathon in 4 weeks. Instead of hanging up the shoes for a little break, I’ll be continuing with training and running London Marathon 5 weeks later!

That leaves just 9 weeks to fundraise and hit my £2500 target! In order to smash that target, I’m working on various fundraisers. One such fundraiser, is discounted smaller scale portraits. I don’t usually work smaller than A4 due to the sizing, time and cost of materials. However! I have decided to offer singular portraits (whether that be pets, loved ones or your favourite celebrity), at the size of 4x6 inch for £50 including postage.

Marie Curie provides services that we all hope we will never need to access. Their incredible network provide palliative and end of life care for people regardless of illness or time frame in both home settings and hospice. They provide dignity and support to ill people and their families at one of the most difficult times in life. Some of this support is first hand through nurses and direct care while additional support is available through online services and website information to people understand and come to terms with the end of a persons life. £2500 (the target), can provide 108 hours of nursing care in a persons home. Marie Curie is a not-for-profit and relies on donations and NHS funding to continue to provide their essential services services.

Finally picked up the pencils again!

It’s been a hot minute.. I massively enjoyed the challenge of drawing this piece for my grandmas 70th birthday. A little different to a lot of my other pieces in that I opted to go down the grey scale route, still remaining with pastel pencils, as the older photographs made it difficult to accurately restore colour.

Had the pleasure of drawing this handsome lad this month. Black fur can be tricky but with plenty of photos sent over it was fun to play around with blues, browns and even some greens and purples 🐾

🌟Dear Friends, we desperately need your help! 🌟

We are going to need your help to bring our rescues over from China.
This is what we need
- Funds: It costs about £1200 each dog or cat for all the formalities and the flight ticket. Our minimum adoption fee is £600 so we will have a shortfall if loving adopters can not cover the full cost. Buying a calendar or some Xmas cards is a great way to help.
-Drivers: Our dogs and cats arrive into Paris or other European destinations ( USA we will explain separately ) so we are desperate to connect with anyone who wants to make the trip across the channel or could meet us in Dover. Failing that, if you know any transport companies from other rescues can you hook us up.
-Kennels: Seeking a place even in a boarding kennel we can rent on a long term basis and foster families.
