FULLY INSULATED UPVC PORCH CONSTRUCTION!
This client had an old uPVC porch, cobbled together from old frames and polycarbonate roof sheets. It was cold and running with damp and condensation, so we ripped it out and replaced it with a new high security A Rated uPVC porch.
We also fitted self cleaning glass to the roof, and built an insulated wall to the inside to keep it toasty throughout the seasons. Safe, secure, and more importantly, warm now!

PRESSURE TREATED SUN DECK INSTALLED!

Last week we transformed this unusable patch of garden into a stunning new sun deck, to make the most of the afternoon and evening sun. Then we built a deck path to link the new deck to the existing pond deck.
All pressure treated timbers, concreted into the ground for maximum stability and longevity.

DAMP ISSUES RESOLVED!

This client had issues with damp on her rear wall. Water was collecting in the corner of the patio and soaking into the brickwork.
We cut back the slabs and installed a new French drain, connected to the existing drainage system. We then injected the brickwork with 25 year damp proofing solution, before coating the whole wall with a spray on water repellant damp proof coating.
Job done!

NEW SIDE ACCESS GARAGE FRENCH DOORS INSTALLED!

This client in Yatton wanted side access to their garage, so we cut a new opening in the wall and supplied and fitted these lovely A Rated, thermally efficient and secure uPVC french doors.

DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS AND DOORS!

Recently we removed the 35 year old windows from this house and replaced them with new A+ Rated frames. The old uPVC front door was replaced with a contemporary black composite door. We also converted the 1980s Bay window back to a flat window for a much more sleek and modern look.
The house is much more thermally insulated, secure and better looking now.
The door locks come with a £2000 guarantee against break-ins too.

Fully FENSA registered and covered by a 10 Year insurance backed guarantee.

TUDOR BOARDS REPLACED!
We recently had a call from a client with water ingress issues. She had had other 'trades' in to try to sort the issue, but none had succeeded.
We immediately diagnosed the issue as water running behind the rotten Tudor boards and behind the bay roof flashing, causing water to leak through the bay ceiling.

We set about removing the old boards and replacing them with new pressure treated timbers, with 3 coats of high quality exterior paint. We also laminated timbers together to allow us to recreate the curve sections at the top, and fitted new joint pegs to keep the original look. After that, we fitted new lead flashing, repaired any damaged render, and painted the walls with 3 coats of white paint.
All in all, a very satisfying job.
