When a customer comes to us with an idea and asks, “Can you do this?” Our favourite answer is YES!

We were delighted to be back at St James Club Orrell , this time as part of their complete bar refurbishment.

The team had a vision for a striking foliage installation within a recessed section of the ceiling, creating a real statement feature above the seating area.

They asked if it was something we could create, and of course, we were more than happy to take on the challenge!

Working alongside the builders, we transformed the space using a carefully selected mix of faux foliage, combining different textures, leaf shapes and trailing greenery to create a lush, natural looking overhead canopy.

We also added some subtle trailing foliage above the bar, bringing the whole scheme together.

And now that the refurbishment is complete, it’s lovely to see how everything works together. The warm lighting, beautiful new interior and greenery have created such a fantastic atmosphere.

At Botanic Studio, we love turning creative ideas into reality.

From statement ceiling installations and artificial living walls to bespoke foliage features and commercial floral styling, we work with businesses, interior designers and contractors to create installations that complement their spaces.

Whether you’re refurbishing a restaurant, bar, hotel, office or commercial premises, we’d love to hear what you have in mind.

Have an idea? Let’s bring it to life.

PUMPKIN DECORATING AT ASHFIELD HOUSE

There’s not long to go until our autumn pumpkin workshop at the beautiful Ashfield House, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time to get booked in.

Come along on Sunday 25th October, 1.30pm to 3.30pm and spend a relaxed afternoon creating your own gorgeous dried flower pumpkin arrangement.

You don’t need any experience at all and you don’t need to bring a thing. I provide all the materials, your pumpkin and all the tools you’ll need, and I’ll guide you through creating your arrangement step by step.

You’ll also enjoy a complimentary drink and seasonal treat while you create, and at the end of the workshop you’ll take home your own beautifully decorated pumpkin to enjoy throughout autumn.

And these really do last. Some of the pumpkins made at last year’s workshops were still looking fabulous right through to Christmas.

It’s a lovely one to come along to with friends, your mum, your daughter, or simply book yourself a place and enjoy a couple of hours doing something creative.

Could your business frontage work harder for you?

A shopfront is often the very first impression a customer has of your business, and sometimes a few carefully considered details can completely change how it feels.

For I created a bespoke exterior foliage installation using trailing greenery and rustic wooden serving boards, designed to complement their branding, the stone building and that gorgeous sage green as well as to cover the drain pipe.

The result adds interest, texture and personality to the entrance without overwhelming the original frontage.

This is exactly the kind of project I can create for independent businesses, restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels and commercial spaces.

Every installation is designed specifically for the building and the brand. It could be something subtle like this, a full floral entrance, seasonal styling, window displays or a larger statement installation.

If you have a business frontage that feels a little bare, gets overlooked, or simply does not quite reflect what is waiting inside, I can help you change that.

Autumn is definitely on its way, 🍁🍄🍂 and this is one of my favourite colour combinations for the season.

This bespoke artificial floral doorway installation is packed with texture, autumn foliage, rich burnt orange, berry tones, soft pinks, eucalyptus and plenty of seasonal berries. And if you look closely, there are even a few little pumpkins snuggled in amongst the flowers.

I love creating installations like this because they completely change the look of an entrance and can be designed to work with the style and colours of your home or business.

If your front door is looking a little bare and you would love to get it autumn ready, I can design something completely bespoke for you. From a full artificial floral door arch to statement planters, seasonal doorway flowers or a smaller autumn entrance display, we can create something that really suits your space.

These installations are made using high quality artificial flowers and foliage, so they give you all the impact of fresh flowers while lasting throughout the season.

If you are looking for an autumn door installation in Wigan, Manchester, Lancashire or the North West, or would like a bespoke artificial floral installation for your home, shop, restaurant, venue or business, get in touch and I can talk you through what would work best for your entrance.

Autumn doorway installations are now being booked.

New brand. New website. A new chapter for the business.

After lots of planning, tweaking, rewriting and probably far too much overthinking, the new Botanic Studio website is finally live.

I wanted the new site to properly reflect where the business is now. Weddings are still a huge part of what I do, but Botanic Studio also brings together our corporate installations, floral styling, TV and commercial work, workshops, funerals and everything else that has grown naturally over the years.

A big thank you has to go to Warren at Aumworks Web Design who built the new website and somehow managed to turn all my ideas into something that feels completely right for Botanic Studio. He has been brilliant to work with, incredibly patient and really understood what I was trying to achieve. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for someone to build or refresh their website.

It feels like a big change moving on from The Rose Boutique after so many years, but also a really exciting one.

Botanic Studio is officially here.
