A very busy few weeks for us here at SD Blinds.
Lots of orders taken a fitting jobs completed.

Some of the Products we fitted include:-
-Day and Night Perfect fits!. Fitted in Willaston. A new product for us.
These were installed to a bay window, where usually a standard Day/Night blind type is not a good choice due to sizing. However with the front of house needing to be the same this option was literally perfect!. This complimented standard Day/Night blinds throughout the rest of the property, with the extra option of closed fascias. These also had matching fabric of “Luna Shadow” to the front for a classy finish 👌🏻
Also included at this property was “Lexington Spring” Cellular Perfect Fits, plus blackout rollers in the bedrooms.
- Multiple Shutter installations across the region including a few bay windows, which look extra special with this window dressing 👌🏻 🤩

As our portfolio increases, the available options for us to advise upon increases also. Lots of addition extras are available across the ranges to make your blinds that more personal and bespoke.

A different job carried out today in Holmes Chapel.
Louvre replacements to Plantation Shutters
This beautiful property was fully fitted last year with Plantation Shutters by us. When the property was later sold, the new Homeowners inherited a large number of damaged Louvres to their Shutters, 119 of them plus 3 damaged metal tilt rods to be exact!. The main focus was the large Bay Window but there were also some other rooms around the property with the same issues. Puncture marks were the common issue here.
All the damaged parts were removed with new louvres,pins and tilt rods installed.
Whilst this was certainly an extreme case, If you have the odd damaged louvre, then all is not lost, as a repair is the cheaper option ☺️
The whole property is now looking as good as new once again

Note to all Followers/Customers

Good Evening everyone.
Really busy period for us at the minute, for a small business we have around 25 active orders currently awaiting fitting or in manufacture. Please bare with us during this period. 🙏🏻
There is however one small thing which is having an effect on me at the minute, whilst it may seem small it does bother me.
Currently it is 8.45 on a Thursday evening and i have around half a dozen quotes to do for customers having been out all day on the road.
Of late i am seeing a rising number of people not get back to me at all once i have sent them a quote. As a small business, leading up to that point i can spend up to 3/4 hours invested in this which includes, to and from travel, spending sometimes an hour or more in a customers home, getting home and taking anywhere from 1-2hours preparing a quote, to send it them and not receive anything back!.
I completely get that sometimes the price maybe more expensive than they may of thought or something may of come up, this is no issue whatsoever!. All id appreciate back is a generic ‘Thank you for today, let me have a think about it and ill get back to you’
This is what i would do. I take these things personally, an feel that i have wasted my time with people.
Apologies for the rant, i’ve tried to keep this as professional as possible.

Installation today of 3 Motorised Roller Blinds in Barnton,Northwich. 🤩
All installed in a large kitchen/Dining area, with two covering a large set of Bi-Fold Doors. Lots of extra options on these including
- White closed front fascias
- 30mm white bottom bar
- Multi channel single remote
- Somfy Hub

These are also set up via A Mobile app, allowing control of them via phone,tablet, Alexa or google home.
You can also set up schedules to get them to open and close at certain times or days of your choice.
Perfect for Security and peace of mind when you are not at home.
Complete with chargers, these have a typical usage of anywhere from 8-12 months on a single charge 👌🏻

Good afternoon everyone.
Thought i would post a bit of light humour seeing as it is a Monday.
We receive many messages, from a broad range of people. We get that not everyone is clued up on products or terminology’s, sometimes they might not even know what they want!. This is fine. We get people who don’t reply back to us when quoted, again each to there own.
However this one has made me chuckle in bemusement 😂.
This was completely out of the blue and a brand new message.
If you were to be asked, “ How much are the Blinds!?” What would you reply? 😑

With most messages i sign off with my name. Just so the recipient knows who they are talking with. Not sure they understood that either 😂
