Seeing traditional textile tools in Albania was a nice reminder of how much history there is behind handmade crafts 🧵

And exploring the old bazaar, surrounded by bright fabrics, woven textiles and lacework, has definitely got the creative juices flowing ready for when the sewing machine comes back out ✂️

JED Threads bag of the year 👆

It was love at first sight with this fabric; the gasp at its beauty was REAL! But nothing prepared me for how emotional I got once it was built..

It was my penny-drop moment, where everything just clicked and I had the realisation of damn, I can actually do this, I have a skill!

For the first time on this journey, I felt genuinely proud of myself, which is why this is my bag of the year, and one I’ll never forget!

I’ve still got lots of learning to do, and I’m so grateful to have you all along for the ride whilst I continue to develop and grow!

What a year it’s been! See you on the other side!

I’m still smiling from the Colchester Christmas Market on Sunday!
