We are a small, friendly, family-run flooring business looking for a motivated Trainee Floor Layer to join our team. We're not just looking for someone to carry rolls of carpet; we're looking for someone we can train to become a lead fitter with their own team and van in the future.
What you’ll be doing: You will learn every part of the trade from the ground up—literally! From sub-floor preparation and screeding to installing carpets, vinyl and LVT's. You’ll be working in people’s homes and commercial spaces, ensuring every job is finished to the high standard our customers expect.
What we are looking for: We aren’t worried about your exam results or if you’ve never touched a flooring tool before. We can teach you the skills, but we can’t teach personality.
