Surprise!! Welcome to my BRAND NEW KITCHEN!!😍🎂🤩🍰🔑 I am moving out of my little pink HQ where I have been the past 5 YEARS! and officially EXPANDING to my own BIG HQ! I can’t believe it, no way would I have thought this would have happened to this scale! 😭😍

I am SO excited. Now buckle in, and make sure you are following along to watch me CONVERT this unit into a BIG PINK HQ!!! 👀🤩👩🏼‍🍳

Ahhhhhh !!!! 🩷🍫🩷 first ever pop up with my new trailer complete 🙌🏼 thank you to everyone that came and supported! Can’t wait to be popping up at events, markets, doing weddings etc! 🤎 where shall I go next?👀 also… big shout out to .ltd for the 10/10 work on the wrap! so good! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

SAY HELLO TO THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE TEAM😆🩷 ‘The Beth’ catering trailer!!! This means… chocolate fudge cake at events, weddings, party’s, festivals you name it! Eeeeeekkk!!!! I went to .ltd today to have a sneek peak! It’s not quite finished yet but I couldn’t wait any longer to share!!! A few more additions to the trailer to go👀 but I am so excited to ANNOUNCE the LAUNCH EVENT for my new trailer. It will be on the Saturday 16th of May 2-6pm outside Tithe Barn in Poppleton, York. I have invited friends & family to celebrate this and would love to invite all of you guys too! Feel free to pop down for a slice of cake anytime on the 16th. First 20 people get a FREE slice😍🍫👀

Wowzas what a year for BBC! Thank you all so much for following along, supporting & watching it grow this year! It means a lot! I had a few ‘firsts’ this year with my business, and one being staff!!! I couldn’t not come on here and not mention all my wonderful friends who were apart of my team. I had 14 people who worked their butts off for me and I would have not been able to do this year without them! 🙌🏼🍫🥰 I also wouldn’t be anywhere without Hedley House, Greg & Lou.
They have allowed me to do my dream job in their hotel. My little pink HQ and the oven upstairs! A massive thank you to the Harrands & the Hotel who have put up with all my mad baking for the last few months! Go give them a follow🥰🎄 ! And of course my mum! Thank you mum for helping me, suppprting me and loving me. I’d be NO WHERE without you🤎 Here’s to 2026! and HAPPY NYE!!!

Christmas Market 2025 complete!! 🍫🎄 I am honestly lost for words. I don’t think I’ve even fully processed it all yet! What a mental 6 weeks that was. I have poured my heart into my product ‘The Beth’ and to see thousands of you absolutely love it was such a wonderful overwhelming feeling. Thank you. 🤎🙌🏼 This has been the biggest part of my baking career so far and it has exceeded all my expectations. The demand for ‘The Beth’ was absolutely phenomenal, I did not expect it to go so crazy. 🤯 I am so thankful.

Seeing the long ques every weekend was surreal. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🫶🏼 Keeping up with the demand, to bake enough for you all was definitely one for the books. I can’t believe how many of you travelled to try my cake. Essex, Cornwall, Lake District & even a couple from Germany came all the way to try it! 🤯 I feel very overwhelmed with the support I’ve had with my market stall selling my choccy cake, the support from all my friends & family has been amazing and I couldn’t have done it without you. 🥰🎅🏼

The cookie collab with choc circus was another hit this year! Thank you to everyone who came and tried the cookies with and I! Loved seeing all your cookie & cake pics! 🍪 Don’t think I want to look at another cookie or chocolate cake slice for a few weeks!! 🤣

2.5 tonnes of chocolate , 1 tonne of sugar, and a whole chicken farm of eggs later🤣 and it’s done! Here’s to 2026, let’s see what that holds…👀

Now time to sleep for a week straight!! Merry Christmas🥰🎄

Meet G, my best friend! We have been besties from day 1. Baking together, as you can see from the second pic, and making a mess! 🍰🤪She has supported me ever since BBC began! She has been AMAZING during the last month of the markets coming in to help me on her days off. Thank you so much for always supporting me and the cakes😘🍫 everyone needs a G in their lives.
