2026 started off a little rough for me. I was in a car accident recently- thankfully, no one was hurt- but I’m now dealing with repairs, searching for parts, and sorting through some unexpected financial stress.

I haven’t been posting much lately, but I still have items available for sale, including handmade gloves and a blanket. If you’ve been thinking about purchasing something, your support right now would truly help me keep things from turning into a deeper financial hole.

This crochet pillow was my very last project of 2025, finished just in time for our final dinner of the year. Each square has its own colors and textures stitched together into one cozy patchwork that feels full of life and joy.

Seeing it on the chair by the table makes the moment feel extra special. This table is set for our last dinner of 2025 , a quiet pause to look back at everything the year brought: lessons, challenges, small victories, and simple joys.

As we wrap up this year, I’m grateful for creativity, for handmade things, travel, and for the people we share them with. May the closing days of 2025 be peaceful, and may the year ahead bring more warmth, inspiration, health, and moments made with love. 💙

Almost the end of 2025 and I’m here finishing my last project of the year. Very slowly as I had a small hip injury last week, so I’m basically required to chill according to doctor’s orders to relax with yarn, twinkle lights, a snoring dog, and a very judgmental cat supervisor.

Taking it slow isn’t so bad when recovery looks like this. ✨

I’ve been busy making these handmade crocheted Christmas ornaments in all kinds of colors: soft blues, shiny frosty light blues, warm reds, and sunny yellows ❄️ They add a cozy, handmade touch to the tree and they’re officially cat-approved (aka cat-proof… or at least cat-resistant 😼). No shattering, no sharp pieces just soft yarn and holiday cheer 🎄✨
