👑 Queen Tamar – The Ruler Who Led Georgia’s Golden Age

In 1184, Tamar ascended the Georgian throne and became the first woman to rule Georgia in her own right. Her reign would become one of the most celebrated periods in the country’s history.

Under Tamar, medieval Georgia reached the height of its political and military power. Georgian forces won major victories at Shamkor in 1195 and Basiani in the early 1200s, while the kingdom expanded its influence across the Caucasus. Her reign also saw remarkable growth in Georgian literature, architecture, culture, and religious life.

In 1204, Tamar also supported the establishment of the Empire of Trebizond on the Black Sea, further strengthening Georgia’s regional influence.

Her reign from 1184 to 1213 is remembered as the peak of the Georgian Golden Age.

Queen Tamar remains one of the greatest rulers and most powerful symbols in Georgian history. 🇬🇪👑

🇦🇹 ვენა, 1913 წელი: ქალაქი, სადაც მსოფლიო ისტორიის ყველაზე საშიში მეზობლები ცხოვრობდნენ

​წარმოიდგინეთ სცენა: 1913 წლის იანვრის ცივი დღე ვენაში. შენბრუნის დიდებულ პარკში, თოვლიან ხეივნებს შორის, ორი უცნობი მამაკაცი სეირნობს.
​ერთი მათგანი 23 წლის ავსტრიელი ახალგაზრდაა — გაცვეთილი პალტოთი, ხელში ესკიზების რვეულით. ის უსახლკაროთა თავშესაფარში ცხოვრობს, სამხატვრო აკადემიაში ორჯერ ჩაიჭრა და თავს ღია ბარათების ხატვით ირჩენს. მისი სახელია ადოლფ ჰიტლერი.
​მეორე — 34 წლის ქართველი რევოლუციონერია, რომელიც ქალაქში ყალბი პასპორტით, „სტავროს პაპადოპულოსის“ სახელით ჩამოვიდა. მას ულვაშები აქვს, სახეზე ყვავილის ნაწიბურები და მარქსიზმზე მნიშვნელოვან ნაშრომს წერს. მისი სახელია იოსებ ჯუღაშვილი,რომელსაც მალე მსოფლიო სტალინის სახელით გაიცნობს.
​ისინი ერთმანეთისგან სულ რაღაც 2-3 კილომეტრის დაშორებით ცხოვრობდნენ. დიდი ალბათობით, ვენის ქუჩებში ან პარკში ერთმანეთს გვერდიც კი აუარეს, თუმცა მაშინ ვერც კი წარმოიდგენდნენ, რომ ზუსტად 30 წლის შემდეგ, მათი გადაწყვეტილებების გამო, მილიონობით ადამიანი ერთმანეთს კაცობრიობის ისტორიის ყველაზე სისხლისმღვრელ ომში დაუპირისპირდებოდა.
