Το 1992 δημιουργήθηκε από τον Ερμή Φιλίππου και την Ίρια Ροδοπούλου η BAGNO FANTASIA.
Αντικείμενο εργασίας ήταν η εισαγωγή επίπλων μπάνιου και η διάθεσή τους χονδρικώς σε καταστήματα ειδών υγιεινής. Συνεργάζεται με σημαντικούς Ιταλικούς οίκους (BOLAN - SICART - MOBILI DI CASTELO) και σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα δημιουργεί δίκτυο πελατών σε όλη την Ελλάδα και Κύπρο. Στη συνέχεια αυξάνει την γκάμα τ

ων προϊόντων προσθέτοντας μπαταρίες (RITMONIO - MARIO BONGIO - IDROSTIL) και αξεσουάρ (COLOMBO)

Το 2000 η BAGNO FANTASIA γίνεται Α.Ε. και επεκτείνει τις δραστηριότητές της και σε άλλους τομείς, όπως την εμπορία επίπλων και φωτιστικών σπιτιού.
Το 2004 μεταστεγάζεται στο ιδιόκτητο κτίριο επί της Λ.Αλίμου στον Άλιμο. Έχοντας την μεγάλη πείρα από τον χώρο του μπάνιου μπαίνει δυναμικά και στο χώρο της διακόσμησης όλου του σπιτιού. Γνωρίζοντας πολύ καλά την Ιταλική αγορά συνάπτει συνεργασία με μεγάλους οίκους στον χώρο του σπιτιού, όπως IPE CAVALLI, FRIGHETTO, PRESOTTO, VALENTINI, CAPO D' OPERA, BOFFI, CREAZIONI, KARTEL, EDRA, FLOS και άλλες. Ανοίγει το πρώτο κατάστημα ROOM στην Λ.Αλίμου 91 στον Άλιμο.

Γρήγορα προσελκύει το ενδιαφέρον αρχιτεκτόνων και διακοσμητών από όλη την Ελλάδα και γίνεται σημείο αναφοράς για την διακόσμηση του εσωτερικού χώρου. Το 2008 ανοίγει και το δεύτερο κατάστημά της στην Λ. Κηφισίας 137 στο Μαρούσι.
