There’s souvlaki, and then there’s SOUVLAKI.
How do you recognize the really good one?

●The pieces of chicken are large and irregular, not small, perfectly identical cubes that look like they came straight from a factory production line.

●The meat has been properly marinated and given time to rest, allowing the flavors to develop.

●Between the pieces of meat, you'll find fresh vegetables that release their juices during grilling, adding extra flavor and keeping everything moist.

Good souvlaki is about quality ingredients, careful preparation, and the patience to let simple things taste exceptional.

A birthday cake for a six-year-old simply had to be colorful.
And when the little ones couldn't wait any longer and started picking the chocolate candies and juicy strawberries straight off the cake the moment the candles were blown out, it was one of those priceless moments.
The laughter, the excitement, and those tiny hands reaching for their favorite toppings before anyone could even cut the first slice. That's what birthday memories are made of.

I have to admit, I rarely order Bolognese sauce in restaurants because too often it's just a huge portion of pasta with a tiny amount of something that vaguely resembles a sauce. Do you find the same?

You'll have to trust me on this one. I will completely change the way you think about Bolognese. You'll be coming back to Corfu just for this Bolognese.
Because, like any truly great dish, Bolognese needs to be made with fresh vegetables. It needs patience. It needs time. And it needs a cook who puts a little bit of their soul into the process.

Choose kitchens where shortcuts are simply not an option. That's where the magic happens.

It’s Monday and I’m still under the spell of the weekend.
The weather tried to scare us - rain, wind, thunder… but somehow I managed to create a calm and beautiful evening anyway. Greek music playing softly in the background, a breathtaking view of Corfu Town in the distance, and one of those magical atmospheres that stay with you long after the night ends.

Maybe it’s tiramisu?

Tiramisu is one of those timeless desserts that refreshes your palate and never goes out of style. Light, creamy, rich and perfectly balanced.
The secret of my tiramisu lies in the soaking of the ladyfingers. In the adult version, they are infused with aromatic coffee accompanied by selected coffee liqueurs and a few extra touches.
A little like a cocktail hidden inside a dessert portion. 🤎🍸
