Well, this was a lot of fun. Sometimes obstacles force you to be creative and find different ways around the little problems.

I will be adding this piece to a small collection of original art that will be for sale or maybe auctioned off sometime before Christmas.

Adding more originals to the list of pieces I'll be selling sometime soon.

It's a long process getting everything scanned, signed and classified, then putting them under mats or even in specially selected frames.

But in the end, I believe these originals should be on someone's wall and not tucked away in my drawers. They've definitely served their purpose, having been printed on all sorts of home goods and products all over the world.

Now I think it's time to give them a new life in someone's home.

As this Florida workshop has always been so much fun, I am bringing it back in April 2027.

Amelia Island is just perfect! It’s a beautiful historical town, a few driving minutes from the beach. Wonderful restaurants, nightlife and boutiques.

We will be painting together as I teach the watercolor techniques I have been using for years in my florals and botanicals.

If you already have some watercolor experience and are ready to refine your art, this hands-on workshop is for you!

I’m hoping to see lots of familiar faces, and to meet some new ones too! ☺️

It’s a Little hard to let go of originals, but isn’t that what art is all about? Leaving your studio to finally decorate someone’s walls?
I am hopeful they will find a special place of their own ☺️

I love the idea of finally giving my original watercolors a home instead of living in a draw!

It can be a little challenging as I mentioned but for the most part it’s lots of fun.

I haven’t decided yet if this frame is right for the art so let me know what you think. ☺️

I have learnt to take it a little slower in the beginning of a painting.

Creating a good foundational sketch that can give me freedom in the painting stage. Does this make sense?
I know we all have our different ways of creating!

Are there any artists out there who have any advice? How do I go about selling my original art work? There must be tunes of ways!

Through my website? On a special prints and originals website? Do you know of any courses or influencers to get inspired by?

Any advice could help me find directions .☺️
