Congratulations to SAWA Investments Inc. on the groundbreaking of Quamina Residencies.
The first sod was turned by the client, alongside the contractor and our lead architect.
An investment of USD $5,000,000 injected into the economy.
A groundbreaking is a quiet kind of milestone. There is nothing standing yet — only a cleared site, a set of drawings, and the people who have agreed to spend the coming months turning one into the other. We are grateful to have been trusted with the design, and glad to have been on site as the work officially began.
Thank you to everyone who came out to mark the occasion with the client, and to the team who went straight back to work once the chairs were cleared.
