Coco is an urban modern workspace designed to bring a fresh sense of energy, comfort, and connection to the everyday working environment.
With only one month to complete the construction, we decided to retain all the existing MEP systems while focusing on thoughtful spatial planning and refined details. Our goal is to create a workplace that feels both professional and welcoming.
Coco is a space where people can focus, connect, and feel inspired. It is designed not only for work but also for people.

Introducing Plum Blossom — a cozy apartment inspired by the nostalgic charm of old Hong Kong 70s-80s. With dark timber tones, soft white walls, and vintage details, the design blends traditional character with modern calm. Though small, it celebrates details, where memories and heritage unfold in everyday life.

With pockets of greenery and a calm layout, the space offers a moment of retreat above the busy streets — proof that even the smallest rooftop can become a place to pause and unwind.
