最近天氣依然炎熱，但今天已經「立秋」了！中醫建議要多吃潤燥養生食物，而蓮藕就係最佳選擇。今日同大家分享一道爽脆入味的「蓮藕炒肉片」：

1️⃣ 蓮藕切薄片（浸醋水防黑），豬肉切片再用少許生抽、糖及生粉略醃。
2️⃣ 爆香薑蒜，下肉片炒至八成熟。
3️⃣ 加入蓮藕大火快炒，下蠔油或少許鹽調味，炒勻入味即成！

Although the weather remains hot, today marks "Liqiu" (the Start of Autumn)! Traditional Chinese Medicine suggests eating "moistening" foods to nourish the body during this transition, and lotus root is the perfect choice. Today, we’re sharing a recipe for a crunchy and savory "Stir-fried Lotus Root with Pork Slices":

1️⃣ Thinly slice the lotus root (soak in vinegar water to prevent browning). Slice the pork and marinate with a bit of soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch.

2️⃣ Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the pork slices and fry until 80% cooked.

3️⃣ Add the lotus root and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Season with oyster sauce or a pinch of salt. Toss well until flavors are absorbed, and serve!
