In the past 17 years, we have been working with some of the very successful casinos, hotels and restaurants, such as The Peninsula, Island Shangri-La HK, Morpheus Macau, Sands, Galaxy Entertainment Group, St Regis HK, Bombana HK & Macau, Ecriture, Alain Ducasse etc. Our skill and experience empower us to give designer and architects firms assistance to develop their bespoke projects to the highest standard.

The world’s first cheese omakase, and named Best New Restaurant in SCMP’s Top 100 Tables.

At Lighthouse Hospitality, we worked closely with the team to shape a dining experience where every detail matters.

From the playful use of L’Objet Smoking Lips to present cheese crackers, to Washi jean napkins that age beautifully over time—each element reflects a deep appreciation for craft.

Wooden boards made from typhoon-fallen trees bring a sense of nature and history, while our pure titanium chopsticks, developed with Roucou, add precision and tactility to the table.

Because tableware is never just functional—it’s part of the story.

Honored to be part of The Henderson, Hong Kong—where three venues (Akira Back, Hana no Kumo, and Peridot) have been recognized in Prix Versailles’ World’s Most Beautiful Restaurants 2026.

Notably, all three award-winning restaurants are housed within the same landmark—an exceptional testament to The Henderson as a global destination for design, hospitality, and experience.

Lighthouse Hospitality worked hand in hand with the ownership team to bring this vision to life, contributing across both dining and event spaces.

Beyond the restaurants, Cloud 39 stands out as a remarkable banquet venue—where we collaborated seamlessly to curate a refined and elevated hosting experience.

In partnership with world-renowned maisons including Bernardaud, Baccarat, and L’Objet, we developed bespoke tableware collections tailored exclusively for The Henderson, designed to complement each space’s unique narrative.

We are thrilled to share a feature from Web LEON, highlighting Bernarduad exclusive collaboration with iconic contemporary artist Jeff Koons. Together, they have created the stunning Lobster—a piece that blurs the line between high art and luxury tableware.

Crafted with Bernardaud’s legendary Limoges porcelain expertise, this lifelike lobster is not just a sculptural masterpiece—it’s a functional platter designed to elevate any dining experience. As featured, it’s a conversation starter that promises to bring joy and wonder to every gathering.

Limited to just 99 pieces worldwide, this collectible embodies what we call “a delightful grand extravagance.” It’s art you can use, cherish, and display.

It has been a privilege to work alongside the exceptional teams to select and provide tableware that complements Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef Aurélie Altemaire’s culinary artistry. Our focus at Lighthouse Hospitality has always been on supporting the heart of dining experiences through thoughtful hospitality exports—where every plate, glass, and piece of cutlery plays a silent part in the story.

【天體觀測】一切的創造始於破壞，點點星塵撒於地球每個角落，讓我們的雙眸目睹浩渺的銀河。

品牌—— Haviland

Haviland 的 Souffle d’Or 系列嘆為觀止，系列出自設計師 Olivia Decaris 手下。系列的靈感來自超新星爆發，當一個質量足夠大的恆星走到它生命的盡頭時，就會於宇宙發生劇烈爆炸並形成超新星，照亮整個銀河。因此，這個系列的 Haviland 碟盤彷彿帶著亮如白晝的光芒，像一抹迸發的星海，聚合又放射型分散的天象閃耀迷人。整個 Souffle d’Or 系列的每件作品，從餐碟到茶壺、花瓶裝飾都不一樣，代表著每時每刻都在斗轉星移的璀璨夜空。

【鸞歌蝶舞】蝴蝶翩翩起舞，鳥兒愉悅地歌唱，令餐桌這幅畫布變幻無窮。

品牌—— Bernardaud

法國瓷都利摩日的品牌 Bernardaud 始於 1863 年，香港人偏愛的碗碟多是雍容華貴的款式。喜歡充滿貴氣又不失細節的你，應該會對 Aux Oiseaux 系列感興趣。Aux Oiseaux 系列的設計靈感來於 16 與 17 世紀文藝復興時期流行的珍奇櫃，多種雀鳥棲息於金色的樹枝上，伴隨著飛舞的蝴蝶圖案，整個場景讓人聯想到日本的版畫。金枝採用分層花紙工藝進行處理，材質充滿細節。

法國瓷器名牌 J.L. Coquet 純白高潔的身影在米芝蓮餐廳、頂級酒店餐桌上絕對是常客，要說最受歡迎的系列，不能不提 J.L. Coquet 的 Hémisphère 系列，圓渾的線條，彷彿能夠與任何的食材相配，展現食物菜品色彩的和諧。經典的盤子運用了法國利摩日的白色高嶺土，烤製成散發出高貴光芒的純白藝術品，成為了在不少高級餐廳中標誌性的餐盤，盤子飾有如像日本枯山水庭園砂礫的紋理，質感非凡。
