breathing, drifting, resonating in silence.

用溫柔寫下、安放在書頁中，

Every soul
carries beliefs on many different levels—
some bring freedom,
while others form gentle limitations.
If you are willing,
write them down.
Not to fix yourself,
but to tenderly witness yourself.

You may notice these beliefs
during a card reading,
in meditation,
or while quietly reflecting at the end of the day.
Take a moment
to feel the movement of your emotions,
to become aware of the beliefs rising to the surface—
whether they feel limiting
or deeply supportive.
They are all
part of your inner ocean.

When you gently write these beliefs down
and place them within the pages of your life’s book,

the first step toward transformation.
Then,
softly offer yourself a new gift—
the power of choice,
the possibility of transformation.
