| a culinary tradition folded into space. introducing JawDim ザウディム , our studio’s first land into Osaka
we approached the interior not just as a dining room, but as an anatomical exploration of dim sum. the design deconstructs the richness of the craft from the inside out. translucent finishes echo delicate dumpling skins, layered earthy textures evoke rich fillings, and warm, diffused lighting mimics the gentle steam rising from bamboo baskets. every material choice, silhouette, and spatial layer translates the craft of the kitchen directly into the atmosphere of the room
