We are thrilled to introduce Quan, a new culinary destination in Hong Kong. We build a world around the chef’s unique journey. We dug deep into his personal story, his heritage, and his philosophy to create a brand identity that feels lived-in and authentic.

The centerpiece? A bespoke wallpaper designed entirely from scratch. We translated the chef’s memories and culinary ethos into hand-drawn illustrations, wrapping the room in a narrative that unfolds as you dine.

This isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a transformation. Welcome to Quan.

Step inside the design journey of QUAN.

Bringing the vision of chef 杨艳彬_Justin to life was an elegant symphony of collaboration. Perched in CCB Tower, we worked to create a space that honors both the dynamic energy of Central and the serene tranquility of a hidden oasis.

From the soothing celadon green palette to the intricate wall illustrations of banyan trees—a nostalgic nod to Chef Justin’s childhood—every detail was crafted with intention. The result? A plant-filled sanctuary where floor-to-ceiling windows blend the city skyline with quiet luxury.

We are so proud of this project and even happier that you can finally come and experience it.
