雖然好似好豪華🥰🤩,其實都係將屋企嘅「剩餘物資」好好再利用😆
呢個一碟已經滿足晒蛋、肉、菜同澱粉質嘅需要,營養同味道都好有平衡,🔥火候控制好就已經好有餐廳 feel😋

食材 Ingredients:
小薯仔, 英式烘餅, 西班牙黑番茄, 三文魚, 蛋, 煙燻辣椒腸, 沙律菜, 菲達芝士, 鹽, 黑胡椒, 特級初榨橄欖油, 意大利黑醋 Baby Potatoes, Crumpet, Spanish Black Tomatoe. Salmon Steak, Smoked Brats Sausage, Mixed Salad Green, Feta Cheese, Salt, Black Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar

做法 Steps:
1. Pan-seared baby potatoes
小薯仔切角,先用滾水煮約 10 分鐘,撈起瀝乾水;之後用中火每邊煎約 30 秒至 1 分鐘至金黃色,外脆內粉。
Cut the baby potatoes into wedges, hard boil for about 10 mins. Drain well, then pan sear each side for about 30 sec to 1 min until golden brown.
2. Pan-seared salmon steak + smoked brats sausage
香腸同三文魚解凍後印乾水,用中火每面煎約 1 分鐘至金黃色,其間可以落少少鹽同黑胡椒碎。
Defrost salmon and sausage, pat dry. Pan sear each side for about 1 min until golden brown, season with salt and black pepper.
*用刀喺腸仔斜斜地輕輕𠝹幾刀,煎完就唔會捲起。
*Slightly score the sausage to avoid curling while heating.
3. Pan-seared Spanish black tomatoes
番茄切約 1cm 厚片,每邊煎約 30 秒至 1 分鐘,有少少焦香就可以。
Slice tomatoes into about 10mm thick, pan sear each side for about 30 sec to 1 min until lightly charred.
4. Scrambled eggs

5. Mixed Green Salad
沙律做法都係之前介紹過,其實用咩菜、咩芝士都得,按自己喜好就可以。Any green salad will do, or just mix the salad ingredients listed above.
6. Crumpet
室溫英式烘餅直接放入微波爐叮約 10 秒就啱啱好。
Just microwave the crumpet for about 10 sec at room temperature.
*如果單獨食,可以加少少蜜糖,已經好好味。
*You can also drizzle some honey on top and enjoy it on its own.
如果順住呢個次序煮,就唔洗不停洗鑊。最後用心擺好喺個碟上面,灑少少乾番荽碎,就可以慢慢享用 Bon appétit!
